I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this company. I purchased a perfume, only to find out that it was clearly a counterfeit. The scent didn’t match the original at all, and the packaging was cheap and poorly made. It was evident that this was not a genuine product, which is incredibly frustrating, especially when you expect to be getting what you pay for. To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service, I was met with unhelpful and rude responses. I explained my issue and asked for a refund or exchange, but the representative was dismissive and seemed uninterested in resolving my problem. It was a complete waste of time and left me feeling completely dissatisfied with both the product and the service. I strongly urge anyone considering buying from this company to think twice. If you want authentic products and decent customer support, look elsewhere.

Ships immediately and great protective packaging, 100% original product

I placed an order (order:OR660336) for Clive Christian perfume worth $136.85 from MaxAroma and never received it. According to UPS, they marked the package as "delivered," but the proof they provided isn't valid—there was no signature, and the package was left at the dock, not at my address. I opened a claim with UPS, but they closed it, citing that "proof of delivery" was provided, which is misleading and not actual evidence of delivery. I contacted UPS to appeal the decision, and they informed me that MaxAroma can reopen the case. So, I reached out to MaxAroma multiple times via email, asking them to reopen the case and assist with this issue. Unfortunately, they completely ignored my requests, offering no assistance or resolution. At this point, I’m considering filing a complaint with the FTC and taking legal action. This is a huge waste of time and money, and the lack of customer support is shocking. I would not recommend shopping with MaxAroma based on this experience. Stay away if you value your money and peace of mind.

A while ago, due to a mistake and the influence of some YouTubers, I decided to make a purchase from this site. The perfume I received doesn’t seem bad, but the batch code has been erased (and there is even some remnants of the code, clearly removed with acetone or something similar). Always be sure that when you receive something at an unbelievably low price, something is wrong with it. Even after I contacted customer support, I didn’t get any response. This was my first purchase from Maxaroma, and I’m sure it will be my last. I hope I’ve been able to help others make a better choice. P.S. The batch code on the box also showed as "invalid" on the Checkfresh .

Sent the wrong sample.

One night I was scrolling through TikTok and the story posted from macarons about niche fragrances and how new and different they were. So I followed them and I was impressed with the variety of niche I had not heard of before and the prices were very fair. So o set up an appointment for a one on one session to meet a perfumer and when the day came I met Vilma who was so warming and polite. Greeted me in and I start sniffing away at new niches brands and some familiar houses. Let just say I had the most pleasurable experience and meeting a few new perfumers along the way. All boils down to I purchased 4 bottles great ones. I was so overwhelmed that I went home thought about the experience I just had and BOOM!! I purchased 3 more bottle for the total of 7.😂 I will be back for more purchasing and happy sniffing with Vilma and the team at maxaroma. Mr. Akbar

Don't work with them, they're scamming of delivery charges. Bought perfume for big discount 200$ (was 300$), but paid 120$ on delivery

Let me start off by saying this review could’ve been a positive review but instead it’s all bad all because I dared to ask them about the batch code on the fragrance they sent me it didn’t work on checkfresh and I also mentioned my fragrance arrived tampered with at the bottom of the box you can clearly see it was opened already and it had white glue residue on it and it had smudges on the bottle and it had a few imperfections and they had the nerve to tell me that they sent me a unopened package and even sent me a video of them packaging the fragrance the video was blurry and it was at a far distance you can’t see what I’m talking unless you zoom and pause at the perfect time but I took a picture of it as soon as I opened my package so it shows a time stamped! And I also zoomed in and took a screenshot of what I was talking about on their video and they didn’t like the fact that I was right lol To make matters so worst I told them I wasn’t tripping about the fragrance being opened I just said to please check next time before shipping me a already opened fragrance but they kept sending rude messages back smh I even tried to call but they hung up on me! I had to call back and the lady was nice and transferred me to the same type of guy who hung up on me in the first place. He basically said why am I calling and told me to just respond to the email so I ended up hanging up on him and responded to the email the agent responded back saying the same dumb thing after I told them to stop talking about the cellophane I said look here I’m not contacting about the broken cellophane I’m contacting about the darn batch code and they sent me a photo with a badge saying they’re authorized sellers for Parfums de Marly and come to find out that they was lie! And I’m almost 99% positive the fragrance they sent me was a counterfeit! I’m just thankful I didn’t do a large order with them. and they have no ideal who they messed with I spend thousands on thousands a year on niche fragrances and I will be do a review on TikTok in a couple of days I’m waiting on my orders to arrive and it will be a rant & unboxing video and I will be sure to tag you to show what kind of customer you messed up with but you keep it up you won’t have no customers nobody wants to deal with a unprofessional company they were acting like I was asking for money or something but I did figure out why the batch code isn’t working it’s because the batch code doesn’t have enough numbers I’ve seen this with a few other grey market companies either they’re selling counterfeits and some real fragrances or they’re high end counterfeits and no real products at all. I only got a 60 dollar discount so that’s bull crap to be selling counterfeits for so much money so be vigilant the fragrance name was Althair
