This is an updated review from a 2 stars to a 5 stars. This is my 4th time shopping with Maxaroma (the first 3 times under my another email address because I used PayPal this time). The first 3 times were super fast shipping and new genuine bottles but this time I got an opened box and used item from them. I sent them email regarding this and a guy named James responded quickly within 2 days to explain that may be a defective bottle and asked me if I want to exchange it or return it. Then I said I did want to exchange it since I love the scent so much and it was at a very good price but with a few questions. This time took him 4 days to respond, which I think it is acceptable. When he answered my questions, he also sent me a prepaid return shipping label along with the email. That return prepaid label was ground shipping that is very normal. Then I sent the perfume back the next day and emailed him all the pictures of the package and shipping receipt immediately. Right on the next day, he sent me a tracking number of 2nd Day Mail of the new bottle from them. I received the replacement bottle within 4 days even before my return bottle arrived back to Maxaroma. That is very exceptional service! I received the replacement bottle that is brand new but with some flaws on the bottle and the cap was packed separately outside the box of the perfume. The color of the bottle is uneven and sprayer doesn’t spray very good so I was being paranoid. Worried that is a repackaged bottle or defective again while I was sure the juice was authentic. Then I emailed Royal Crown directly to verify if it is a genuine bottle and if Maxaroma is an authorized dealer of them. Royal Crown was being so nice to tell me that my bottle is genuine and Maxaroma is their authorized dealer in the United States. They also allow Maxaroma to open the box to take out the cap to pack separately because their caps are too heavy that could caused bottles breaking during shipping. So now I’m assured that Maxaroma does sell authentic products at great prices. James also being so patience to keep answering my questions and doubts. I also understand that it’s not their fault that the manufacturers may not make perfect quality bottles. I’m very satisfied with their service even there was some frustration that wasn’t their fault. Authentic products, great prices and great service. They tried very hard to make things right for my order. Now Maxaroma is the only discounter website I trust and I will keep shopping with them.
