Order took too long to ship

Order took too long to ship. I ordered the Items on 12/30/2022 and on 1/6/2023 the items still hadn't shipped. When I ordered the items they were listed as "in stock" but when I got the email from Maxaroma it said that "Your item(s) in your order was recently canceled because that item(s) was not available at the time your order was processed." Therefore, I cancelled the order and requested a refund.

Hello Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the bad experience. According to our records, your order was placed on 12/30/2022. In your order, there was a special request at that time which is Versace Eros for Men 3.4 oz 100 ml EDP (2 Business days for handling time) and you were given an estimated time of arrival for your package which was for 01/09/2023. Please note that during those days, our providers and carriers were still having delays due to the recent holidays that just passed. Nonetheless, we tried several times to get this product on time and it was until today, 01/09/2023 that we had received this product in our facility. In addition, you sent us a cancellation request for the entire order and our automatic system had refunded you in full for this order back in 01/06/2023. The refund process should take around 2 to 3 business days for it to be finalized. We understand that this order may have take one or two more days for it to be fulfilled but we also have to rely on our carrier's service and our providers as well, which is why we emphasize on an estimate delivery date for every package. I hope this helps to clarify how our system works, specially during holidays and/or when it comes to special requests such as our products listed as "2 business days for handling time".
