Terrible business practices from start…

Terrible business practices from start to finish. Shame on you Maxaroma. Follow up comment: My review above is more so in regards to my most recent attempted purchase. Placed order for items you showed as “in stock”. Following day I received email stating my order had been shipped and tracking number was provided. Next day…email stating that item was on back order and asked if I would mind taking partial order until remaining items became available. Obviously my order hadn’t been shipped as stated nor are items you claim to be “in stock”, truly in stock. Insult to injury…I have sent 3 emails in last couple days asking for full refund and have yet to get response. I have found out via social media groups that your company is notorious for shady practices and therefore, you’ve seen my final purchase. When shall I expect refund?

Regarding the inconvenience with your order OR356466, we heard your complaint about this package being delayed and we issued a refund for the shipping fee. On 03/01/2023, UPS marked this shipment as "Severe weather conditions have delayed delivery", as you may understand there will be instances when the carrier may not be able to fulfill their promise to deliver a package on time. We make sure that we use the correct shipping method that was marked for an order and we provide with a tracking number for it. Please understand that in this case, this issue was out of our control and still we issued a refund for the shipping fee. If you are not happy with your purchase, please note that you have 30 days to return your item(s) for a refund, we will provide a shipping label to send it back to us.
