When you run a promotion
When you run a promotion, make sure you actually have the supply to fulfill you’re end i stead of saying “whoops, looks like we broke some of our own stuff so now you can’t have it”

Hello, Thank you for taking your time to write this review. Regarding the incident we recently experienced, we sincerely apologize for not being able to fulfill your order of one 10 ml bottle plus a free gift of 50 ml bottle. As it was explained in our email, we did suffer an unfortunate event in which our 50 ml bottles were damaged, hence, we could not provide that as a gift. We did however, provide with 2 alternative options, (1) to send you a different kind of free gift or (2)to cancel the entire order and you would still received a gift card of $10. You chose the latter (2) and by now you have a gift card of $10 for your future purchase and a full refund for the original order. We understand that this may not be the best outcome but please note that we're doing our best to fulfill orders for this brand and unfortunately there was an accident in our processing facility. We regret that this incident tarnished your experienced with us but we will take care of you if you give us a second chance to make amends. Sincerely, Maxaroma Customer Care Team

Everything Went Wrong
The free bottle of perfume promised was out of stock. They offered 2 5ml samples to compensate. Whatever that's fine I guess. No one replied to my email with an answer, I had to call. Told them the 2 samples I wanted and when I was sent confirmation... wrong samples. Had to call again.. wrong samples sent AGAIN lol. Got it right the 3rd time. Get another email couple days later. "Oh we're sorry the sample you ordered is now out of stock." Then another email the next day pretty much saying "nvm it wasn't it's on its way" lol. Finally got them they were all leaking pretty bad. Overall happy with the scents or at least what was left in them or else it would have been 0 stars.

The 50 ml bottle which was intended to be sent with your order of 10 ml bottle got damaged in in our processing facility. We did provide two alternatives and you chose to be sent a different gift. We did not, however, replied to your request on time since this was not an isolated case and our staff was doing their best to take care of this matter, once again our deepest apologies. All in all, we are doing our best to fulfill orders for this brand but then again we had backorders which made us believe we were not able to fulfill your original order on time. We understand that this may not be the best outcome for this case but if you give us a second chance, we'll make sure that you will be take care of with the utmost importance.
