Maven is helping me determine how active my corgi is. He has put on some weight and I needed to know how much exercise he is getting. I learned that he barely moves each day after seeing his data. He now reaches 💯 of his activity level since I track it and can stop to play game with him to get him busy.

Customer service is incredible! I happened to lose the sensor on my dogs collar. They responded promptly and sent me out an upgraded version of the sensor at no cost. Beyond that, the peace of mind the service brings in keeping my frenchie healthy is worth every penny. If you care about your pets health and want peace of mind, you won’t go wrong with Maven! With a recent move, our lives had become quite chaotic, and in the midst of the chaos, I misplaced the charger for the collar. I reached out to customer support, because trying to find a compatible one on my own was too much on my plate. They told me that since the cost to ship a new charger would be more than the cost of the charger itself, they would order one for me on Amazon and have it shipped directly to my house.
