I submitted my issue to Maven and they were quick to respond, which is greatly appreciated. I had follow up questions which they also quickly responded to. While one issue was not able to be resolved at the moment due to it being something they are working to roll out soon, they did let me know that feature is due to come out soon. I appreciated their transparency in that matter.

My sensor arrived quickly and well packaged. I read the included guide first, and then setup the home station and sensor with great ease. It was nice to be quickly setup and running. I am eager to track my dog's activity now, and have the extra tool to monitor her health.

Excellent CS. The unit has been very informative it lets me know when Stanley has been drinking excessively alerting to a possible issue. The heart is in Beta but it is also a valuable tool.

Its been so helpful having this app to keep track of our cat. I would recommend this app to any pet owner.

I have a 15 year old cat that I wanted to know more about how she is doing day to day. That's where Maven comes in. I got it on a whim and I'm now obsessed with checking the app to see how active my cat has been, how much sleep, her heart rate and her respiratory rate. It's so simple to set up and my cat doesn't even notice it on her collar. I feel like I have a better insight on how my cat is doing and I love it!

I chose maven sensor for my 14 year old Chihuahua mix pinscher who has mitral valve disease and collapsing trachea. The sensor gave me back sleep and peace of mind! Now I can effortlessly monitor her RRR and BPM at any time of the day or night and know right away if something is wrong. I know if she's drinking enough and if we're doing enough activity. The reports are very clear and precise, the charts are complete but intuitive and customer service is always ready to help. Highly recommended purchase!

I ordered a device however I ended up getting charged twice. I emailed Maven’s support team and they quickly responded with resolution. I trust that once i start using the device, I can rely on the support team to resolve any inquiries I have promptly.
