Your company doesn't actually inventory anything and simply drop ships from manufacturers. Essentially, there is no point to using you. Vetus shipped me the wrong hatch and the inherent difficulty and delay in rectifying the situation was abysmal on your part. As a result, I returned the incorrect part, canceled the order and will never be ordering from you again.

I ordered a Spinnaker pole for a J22. It came 10" longer that the J length of the boat. In order to legally use it I will have to cut it down. Is there a technical reason why this pole would be longer than J? Have not been able to get in touch with Mauripro to fix this.

This is not what I ordered!!! Very disappointing after waiting for a back order to receive the wrong part and a much cheaper part at that.

I made four attempts to buy a jib sheet. And you still got it wrong. Apparently you are sending me the right thing and something I don’t want.

Ordered a part, they shipped it without pre-paying the import duties so it costs me an extra 1000 mexican pesos for "paperwork".

Mis-advertised product and poor customer service

Made my order almost two months ago. Can’t speak to anyone. Have had to keep nagging for a simple response. They won’t even respond to my finally canceling the order. Simply a miserable experience.

I first used the Mauripro website 11/16/22 looking for LEWMAR 44ST composite endcap & spacer. Prices listed were $10. stem disc and $3.60 bearing spacer. Not having pictures, I tried to engage an online chat to ensure I order the correct components. No one responded at that time so I didn’t place the order. I did receive a follow up from Maciel by email. 11/28/22 i tried again. Had 3 CLF-LEW - 45000338 for $30. in the basket. Just waiting for confirmation I had the correct product. 2/1/23 Sent an email response to Maciel outlining my request: I am looking for a plastic spreader and composite endcap & top side nut for the LEWMAR 44ST. I found the first two back in Nov but only find the plastic spreader currently. 2/9/23 Spoke by phone to George. Assumed he was a knowledgeable rep/ sales associate to take my order. Gave him the numbers I had used previously. When he told me the endcap price, I questioned him, telling him it was 2 1/2 times the price previously listed. I’m only going this route (sales associate) because no picture and wanting to assure I receive the correct piece. Im at my Boat 4 1/2 hours from pick up. I have multiple orders out. I pick them up first part of March. Upon opening this package, I see the end cap or stem disc is brass and not composite. I contact Christina. She asks me to take a pic, read her email 3/14/23 and she will get back to me. When she does not, I again make contact. I am then informed this item is special order. 1. I emailed for a specific part (composite endcap) I received a bronze endcap. 2. I was not informed this part would be special order at time of ordering with George. 3. I would like to return the item and receive reimbursement. 4. There are 18 cotter pins I was told would be in later or by March 1st. They have not yet arrived. Christina asked for verification of size in a recent email. I thought George took care of that also in the February order. Please cancel that order also and refund.
