I ordered a set of 2 Jib sheets but only 1 arrived. I reached out to customer care and Arleth Davila was there every step of the way and corrected the error. Very proactive and kept me in the loop. The service provided by the Mauripro team is fantastic! I needed a part for a winch with only a few days left before a charter. Fatima and Adriana understood the urgency of the matter and went above and beyond to make sure the part was shipped ASAP and our charter was saved!

The parts I ordered where on back order and they did everything they could do to make sure I was updated weekly. I enjoyed the follow up they did as well as kept a open line of communication and as a customer that is important to me I use them all the time and have never had bad service and there pricing is great!

ordered a sailbag for a mainsail. it, of course, was a scratch order and took about a month. i also requested a change from the last sail bag they built and they happily complied. they kept me informed during construction and shipping. the bag was good. i will use them again.
