MAURIPROReviews of mauripro.com

i buy marlow rope from UK and is in meters, i pay and don't see tath you sell in feet, i don'T need what i bought, but your asistant Cristina Beuzeville tel me was a confusion, i tel her your invoise doesn't specify feet or meters, the point is, you don´t gave me options, trying to retain a new happy custumer, regards.

Rubbish, said they were in stock but then shipped from Seattle and took 10 days not the 5-7 days as originally advertised.

We are in the process of replacing the standing rigging on our sailboat. We just finished ordering the new rigging but needed new clevis pins (sizes not available with the rigger), so I added 10 clevis pins (and 2 wire grips for steering) to my MauriPro cart but when I tried to checkout, instead of having FREE shipping on my $167 order, MauriPro wanted $156 for international shipping to Puerto Rico (PR) via USPO. USPO considers PR domestic and the rate should have been $10.65 for Priority Box Small (up to 70lbs allowed) according to USPO’s calculator and USPO’s web site using the to/from zip codes. I immediately sent a MauriPro chat message, MauriPro Web-Form message, and an email on Thursday. On Friday, I received an email back requesting information I already sent, so I resent the information. When I didn’t hear anything back and knowing the office was closed on the weekend, I called 4-5 times to the Sales Support (no answer), I left a phone message that was never returned, I sent a MauriPro chat message that was never responded, and I finally after seeing reviews with similar comments, cancelled my order. I agree with the other reviews, this was horrible customer service. MauriPro's failure to keep their e-Commerce updated to regulation changes combined with the absolute failure of their Team Lead to expedite Customer Support for customers affected by this known issue has caused me hours of additional work to find other source(s) for all the clevis pins needed and to beg for expedited shipping to make up for the lost time. So instead of FREE shipping, is it intentional (or not) that MauriPro is charging international shipping to a domestic addresses (aka $156 instead of USPO's $10.65 in this case)? Has anyone received an order from MauriPro that charged International shipping and if so, was the shipping carrier Worldwide Express Service or USPO?

I ordered 2 Harken 241 swivel base cam cleats and received two items not similarly operational. One swivelled easily; the other did not. It also seemed to take a longer time between placing order and shipment than I expected.

The item was not represented well. The in structures where very minimal. The produce was not what I expected.

Ordered several race pinnies for our team. Made the order on Monday to arrive by Friday for our regatta next week. Its now Thursday with zero response from them. I've tried to call each day, left a message, no return. I've used their chat service, no answer either. Absolutely horrible customer service. I've now had to pay for overnight shipping from another company to make up for MauriPro's incompetence.

I have used M P for many years. Buying their hardware is a 4 at best. But their canvas dept is impossible to do business with. I have ordered and installed 7 MZ covers. Would have been 8 but they are clueless when it comes to customer service. And because they could not handle my order they cost me $900. That I had to pay another canvas shop to finish the job. Then they had the audacity to offer me a 5% discount. Really ????

Order a bosuns chair from them, took days for them to say it was back ordered and now they won’t respond, bad service is an under statement, won’t be getting anymore business from me and ill be sure to make it known to not buy from them!
