My recent purchases with Mauripro have been a great experience. Service and delivery was prompt and pricing was better than many other sellers with whom I shop. Their website provides order status updates but one improvement (IMO) would be automated order status updates via email (e.g., order confirmation and shipping notification w/ tracking number). Thank you.

Gustavo communicated with me first by chat on the website, then my email and finally by phone to help insure we were ordering the right part.

Adriana R responded to my questions quickly, effectively, and made it easy by providing links. I needed pre spliced custom lengths for my J42 main and Genoa halyards and was pleased with the price and options!

We ordered a Lewmar autopilot drive motor from Mauripro (at a great price too!) and got confirmation from Erick that it would take 8-12 weeks lead time as the part would have to come from the UK. Erick kept us informed throughout and was very prompt in responding to our specific questions via email. We also received great service from the rest of the team when Erick wasn't immediately available. We had a drop dead timeline to work within and we were extremely happy that the part arrived ahead of schedule! An added bonus! Ordered a windlass and was contacted by Santiago that he would be my customer service rep. I inquired as to when the windlass might arrive and he worked with me to make sure I knew when it was shipped and when it would arrive. I assumed this would take a while, but it arrived at least 5 days earlier than I had anticipated and Santiago kept me informed every step of the way. They have great customer service. Will be ordering supplied from them from now on!
