I bought a pair of Maui gym sunglasses and they sent me some that had some junk plastic lenses in them they’re called demo lenses, even though they have Maui written on them their junk. I can’t believe they sell me something like that. They’re not even polarized.

J’ai acheté une paire de solaires récemment, il y’avait déjà un petit point sur la monture ,comme une bulle. Les lunettes sont tombées très légèrement sur la table et la monture s’est cassée. La qualité est très médiocre vu le prix payé. J’ai contacté le sav afin de leur demander un geste commercial pour l’achat d’une nouvelle paire ,leur réponse fût sans équivoque,NON. Cette marque est tout simplement lamentable ,qualité plus que médiocre ! J’ai toujours acheté des ray ban que je gardais pendant des années j’ai voulu changé et quelle bêtise Un conseil, n’achetez surtout pas cette marque vous ne les garderez pas longtemps, pour ma part je ne les ai eues que deux mois hélas.

support sucks. Have to send and pay for shipping and processing fees to replace a temple. Will never buy this brand again.

Purchase Maui Jim prescription sunglasses 2 1/2 years ago. Within a year the coating on one lens started to break down and afterwards the other lens did the same. They claim it is normal wear and tear and have refused to find a solution to the issue. Very disappointed with their customer service and would warn others that the price does not reflect the quality so I would avoid this brand

Dont buy anything from Maui Jim I bought a pair of sunglasses for $600, thinking that this was a high quality brand. After 2 years one of the lenses crached (dropped them, so my fault) and I wanted to have the lenses replaced. Maui informed me, that the model was discontinued and lenses were no longer available .. after 2 years!!! My glasses are worthless and I’ve wasted $600. For that price I was calculating on keeping them for at least 5 years .. so .. don’t buy Mauis or take a huge risk

Beware of this company, I purchased HEiHEI 636 15 3/31/2024. I wore them a couple times and noticed something not quite right, because of weather and hardly any sun never wore them any length of time until 5/8/2024. Found out lenses are defective. MJ wants another 75.00 to replace the defective lenses they sent me. I'm switching to revo they have way better lense quality.

It's great they offer "free" repair but this is the fourth time they have broken. Way to fragile. For the cost, you'd think they woyld be more durable. Definitely not a "you get what you pay for" in this case. My $20 Ironmans last much, much longer. Never, ever buy Maui Jims!!!
