I received immediate response to a request to have my sunglasses repaired. A grandaughter had trod on them and broken off an arm! I was told no charge; only a minimum handling charge (£12). I had though it would cost a fortune as they were an expensive pair. I was constantly kept informed of progress and received the repaired item back recorded delivery on the day of my choice. Can't fault the service I received at all from this company - so happy to write this review. Something I rarely do!

I have owned several pairs of Maui Jims over the years. I always take care of my glasses , the way as instructed by the company. I have never had problems. I had one pair of lenses that I took on a cruise and forgot to dry them off right away after coming out of the water. That's on me. I just sent a letter to Maui jim and the repair fee. I asked if they could just buff out the lenses, but instead they replace them and made my glasses look new. Thank you Stella for making my favorite pair of glasses still my favorite! Your service was above and beyond!

I first purchased a pair of MJ sports sunglasses in 2004, and have to say they’re the best lenses and most comfortable I have ever owned. Roll forward 22 years and one of the lenses broke away from the frame. Maybe not known to all, MJ do a repair service. I sent off the glasses for new lenses at a cost of £75 (a new pair of glasses would be around £200). MJ have today returned a brand new pair of replacement sunglasses for the repair price of £76. I cannot fault the service and I cannot recommend MJ enough. Their lenses definitely are the best - ask a good optician and they’ll confirm.

Wow! I sent my sunglasses back, as I had broken an arm and they came back within one week, looking like brand new. Amazing brand and amazing service. I will never go anywhere else. Brilliant and thank you, Maui Jim.

Non seulement la réparation a été prise en charge rapidement, mais Maui Jim a procédé à un échange par une paire neuve La communication avec les équipes a été irréprochable : réactivité, professionnalisme et suivi efficace. En tant que client, je suis plus que satisfait. Je ne peux pas non plus passer sous silence la qualité du packaging ainsi que les accessoires fournis, qui témoignent du soin apporté à l'expérience client. Et la cerise sur le gâteau : tout cela a été réalisé gratuitement. Franchement, très fort. Aujourd'hui, c'est ce type de service qui fait véritablement la différence dans le commerce. J'étais déjà pleinement satisfait de ces lunettes, mais cette expérience renforce encore davantage ma confiance. Je resterai assurément un client fidèle!

I will only Buy Maui Jim Glasses. Besides quality the customer service is fantastic. My current pair is over 10 years old and when the temple sleeve breaks, I just send it back and they repair it for me, usually free. Great quick customer phone service also. This is one great professional Company.

The best of the best. Worth the price. My oldest pair just turned 10, and that is $25/year for the best sunglasses. If you are someone who takes care of your items, invest in a pair of these. Bonus points for not being luxottica.

Sent my 3 year old glasses in for lens replacement after I scratched the film when it dropped on concrete (don’t drop your expensive glasses people). The website is clunky but the customer service was excellent and friendly, in stark contrast to some experiences I’ve had with other companies
