Matt is very responsive to requests and gave us great options within our parameters. We are new lifetime members and it is worth every penny. We didn't use all of his suggestions, but they were a great place to start and gave us a good idea of the alternatives.

Matt understood the parameters and almost instantly responded with a superb recommendation which we immediately confirmed with BA. The pricing was half the cost we had seen elsewhere. Kudos to Matt. Thank you very much. Your service is worth money in the bank and your response time is unparalleled. Of Course we will be back for our next booking.

Amazingly good rate for a trip that I thought I would not be able to afford! I also like the friendly and encouraging emails that I receive from Matt.

Matt, these rates look amazing. A friend said a RT ticket would be about $300, much more than your analysis shows. The trip is anticipated, but not yet planned.

Fast turn around, multiple options, personally tailored to my requirements despite my departure location being outside the normal departure locations Matt's Flights target.
