I put in a flight for next april for madrid. The result back was simply a google flight search, which I already had; no value added. The test will come if I am alerted to significant improvements to that search should they become available.

I checked flights on Southwest and could get a round trip ticket to FLL for $360 !!!

I gave two stars because Matt’s Flights responded quickly to my request with some flight suggestions. But, don’t expect any great deals or special pricing from this company. I was actually finding cheaper flights with my own search. Also, don’t spend the money on a premium membership. It doesn’t really give you any special “perks” that I have noticed other than more junk emails.

Hello Shawn, It's unfortunate that you felt the need to leave 2 stars for our services and deem them as "nothing special", as we replied to your email within less than an HOUR of your request. Do you know of any company with such fast and professional and helpful support as that? Our company benefits MILLIONS of subscribers, many who don't have the time to search for flights on their own. Our premium membership actually gives you significant perks, so your statement is completely inaccurate. As a paid member, subscribers get to reach out to us (like you did) unlimited times, providing us with their travel specifics, and we find them the best deals that we can for their specific needs. You get a personal travel concierge service for under $100/yr. We believe it's an unbeatable offer and service. Have a great day.
