Just joined and requested a slightly tricky travel plan: RT for me but 1-way return for someone accompanying me back. Got Google Flights searches in response, which I have done on my own for years. I even found more options than they did when I did the search myself. Not sure why I paid their fee if they're just going to use Google Flights. And I certainly didn't feel like I got customized customer service, as I asked for both RT and 1-way options for my fellow traveler. I had to ask twice.

Very quick replies - but I joined as a lifetime member & I have never received any reply that was less expensive than what I found myself via Expedia. So cost was not beneficial at all.

The quote was fast, however I had requested PREMIUM ECONOMY not economy seats. I am partially disabled, needing the extract leg room.

I’m unsure as the front pages before you click free trial or premium do not display and costs/charges. I’d really like this to be more transparent at the front end. Could this be changed so subscription costs are seen straight away? I’m not saying anything wrong it’s that I’d like to see it .

I would like to cancel my free trial.
