I can’t find any place to reach out and send an email. I am paying for something that I can’t use . I even tried to reach out to Matt on his email but it dose not go anywhere. I live in Hawaii and have never seen a deal from there. Personaly i think That I would like a refund of my $97.00 Sandra Stokes

I expected more than what I got. The information I got was never useful because I am not near a large airport. I live in Myrtle Beach, SC, which handles a lot of flights, but it seems to use their info on low fares you have to be near Atlanta, Miami, Houston, Chicago, New York, etc. I did contact Matt about a trip to Ireland, but he was of no help. I signed up for the lifetime service which was a total waste of close to $200.

Worthless service. I am a premium lifetime member and get nothing other than what I can find on google flights. I suggested alternatives but Matt ignored them. No creativity in flying through alternative airports, different dates, etc. -- zilch, nada, zero.

Sick to death of getting spammed by this company. Don't let them get your email address or you'll never ever be able to get rid!

Don't sign up!! Not even for the "free" trial!! I have been trying to get out of this for months, and Matt does not honor the cancelation agreement as stated. I'm being charged $149, and I have NEVER used the service once. I immediately wrote to cancel, deleted and blocked the emails, as they are way too frequent and there was nothing relevant to me. I did this on day one! Yet...Matt will not refund the $149! He must be desparate for cash and/or have no morals

Matt's Flights spams me, and ignores my repeated "unsubscribe" demands. They have continued to spam me for years.

billed $97 March 7, 2025 from Matt's flights. Have not used them in a long time. Called the only phone number I can find. 954-536-4375 and got a message and no one responds as I gave out my phone number and no explanation and no service.

I was recently billed for a membership to Matt's Flights. I did not sign up for a membership, did not want a membership and want my money back. The first I i knew of this membership was when I saw my bank statement. Now, there is no way to find a number to call or an American to speak with. I am very angry about this.
