I wish I could leave 0 stars. I ordered a mattress a two weeks in advance for be delivered to my new apartment the day I moved in. Mattress firm never called me with a delivery window the day before and never delivered my mattress. Could not get in touch with a representative and when I finally did they said the best they could do was re-route it to the next weekend. Fine. I get an email two days before it’s supposed to be delivered again saying it’s been re-routed AGAIN for the NEXT weekend. Mind you this is now two weeks I am paying rent to not be able to live in an apartment because of Mattress Firm’s incompetence. This company has no business being in business. Will I get my mattress next week? I truly have no idea. If you’re looking to get a mattress through ANY other company, pick it out of your local dumpster, you’ll be much better off than if you’d gone through mattress firm for it.

I ordered, waited a week got an email that this mattresses out of stock and they cancelled it, order another one, waited 4 days to get the same email again. Phone# are not working, emails are not working. What is a shame. Stay away from that company

Don’t buy from mattress Firm company here is why; I purchased willow brook plush Mattress 3/31/2020 first one month I was very happy with mattress, although I was sinking into the bed I tought this would be normal for couple of inches specially it’s a plush bed but after 30 days rapid sink another 2 inches makes it total of 4 inches I sank into the mattress. I have horrible back pain when I get up I can hardly walk because of pain. I took a picture and sent it to person at the shop where I bought my mattress of my mattress, I laid down measure tape clearly shows my hips are 4 inches down, no wonder why I have so much pain, Andrew an employee who replied my email wrote “it’s plush mattress that’s normal !” if you return the bed 20 percent stocking fee plus 99$ for the shipping. “ I don’t think I should pay a faulty mattress, it is not a normal for me. Mattress spring bites my hip, I wanted to exchange perhaps with better mattress, so I refuse to pay in this case I am preparing to sue the company because I think they do this to many clients and it’s not fair I will not allow to get robbed.

We bought a mattress here a year ago and it is already sagging so badly that my husband and I have to replace it. Don't buy here - the quality is horrible.

Only giving one star because you can’t select zero...it is two weeks after estimated delivery date...tried to contact several times now...phone automated only...tried to chat on their site..bot only...emailed and received nothing back

They told me that my mattress will be delivered today Monday May 12,2020 now they're saying pushed back because of Coronavirus but they was quick to take my money when I call the store the store associates are very rude and disrespectful I'll never go back to Mattress Firm again I would not even give a them 1 star but I had to choose something

Worst online purchase experience of my life. Delivery was pushed 16 days and I was not notified. Virus provided as excuse for not being able to speak to customer service after days of trying. Broken message system provided makes you pick from six options rather than write your own. None of them applied. My text message to a local store was not answered for two days. Someone eventually called and couldn't answer my question because he had no access to the system, but he did manage to chastise my temper and inform me he attempted to update me on the delivery date but i didn't answer my phone. "Did you lose my email address?" Um, no. Right now, I have no idea if I have a mattress on order or not, or when it might be delivered. I buy everything online, and this experience has me in tears. SHOP HERE AT YOUR PERIL. UPDATE: I was never able to speak to a person about my order. Two days later, I received an email that it was cancelled - one if the six options mentioned. I assumed they would call, and I could explain I wanted to change to something available sooner. They didn't call. This pandemic is hard on everyone, but a retail outlet should not refuse any - ANY - human phone contact on a purchase worth hundreds of dollars.

Horrible Customer Service I am involved with a Non Profit that purchases mattresses and beds for individuals coming from homelessness to housing. We decided to use Mattress Firm our first two orders went ok. The 3rd has been a nightmare. Could not reach the store or manager to place the order. Did not receive call back or return email to multiple inquiries for assistance with the order. Finally reached manager who had poor customer relation skills he sent a link and I paid in advance online for a queen size mattress and platform frame which was not delivered on promised date. No call or email on delay. Never received a communication on status. After missed delivery date called and emailed leaving messages. No return call or email. Looked up managers cell number. Called him. He was not helpful. The manager showed no concern for the situation . Finally was told that I could get a truck drive to their warehouse in Carrollton and pick the mattress up myself. It was supposed to come with free delivery. Absolutely no follow up communication. I cancelled order went to Sleep City ordered and had the mattress delivered same day. Mattress Firm cares nothing about customer service. I checked one star but they deserve a 0. No mattress, no refund and had to go elsewhere to fulfill the need. Not to mention our client slept on the floor for an additional two weeks after getting into his apartment. Never will use Mattress Firm again.
