Mattress Firm is a JOKE. Called about my warranty which my mattress was sagging on one side and sinking in the center. Paid $79.00 to have an outside contractor sent by Mattress Firm to check out the mattress. What a JOKE. My warranty was invalid because I didn't have a mattress cover. In his review said we had stains which the problem was the color faded.Took two pictures and left. Was not concerned about sinking or sagging of the mattress.

Ordered a mattress and an adjustable base for a king size bed over the phone from Mattress Firm. My first delivery date was postponed from June 20 to June 29. Never received a call about my delivery. I used their information about using the chat tool and still no answer. I called a local store to see if they could give me some answers. They found out that my adjustable base was not in and he upgraded the base because no one communicated this information to me. He then said he could get me my products by July 1. The delivery came with the king size mattress and a queen adjustable base. The delivery people had taken my old mattress and box spring out of the home. They left me with no bed to sleep on and an adjustable base sitting in my hallway and a king size mattress standing up in my room. I took pictures of everything. I refused the adjustable base because I ordered a king size which I have all my paperwork and it has king size on it. The person who upgraded the base did not put in the correct size. They are blaming me for the mess up because I did not call back to customer service.

Horrible service. I ordered online and specifically paid for $75 for their "red carpet" delivery which according to their website is supposed to include removal of my old mattress and box spring and carrying/setting up the new mattress and box spring to the room it is supposed to be in. The delivery people dumped the product in our foyer, didn't ask for a signature, and left telling us it wasn't on their work order to remove the old set. You can't get a live person on the phone, their chat function is a joke, so I had to send a help ticket through their website, which the response is that they won't get back to me for 24 hours. I will NEVER shop at this place again.

Worst service i ever had on my life....Their Red Carpet Delivery Service.....is circus....They were out to my house 4 times, still absolutely horrible service....i slept on a couch for 3 weeks before they ever got to my house......they left my old mattress and box spring and their trash on my front porch.....I will never shop there again....I was promised 4 times by the sales manager that he would fix this situation.....never happened. I'm going to call a junk removal service to get rid of my old mattress, box spring, and trash they left on my front porch!!!!

Do not expect a good delivery with mattress firm. I ordered a mattress for my grandson and they were supposed to deliver it, set it up and haul the old mattress away. The service people said that was not part of the order but it states it on my receipt. So don’t expect them to keep their word for the red carpet delivery service they provide.

I purchased my mattress on May 11, and was promised 3 to 5 day shipping. As days went by, tried to contact mattress firm, to no avail. Got a reply days later offering to cancel order, which I didn't want to do. The Mattress finally shipped on June 2nd, and arrived June 5th. The Mattress tag says it was manufactured on May 26th!. Why would a company offer 3 day shipping on an item they don't have enough of? What if I disposed of my old bed 3 weeks ago? The bed arrived with NO BOX, and the outer wrap was dirty, the label shoved into the plastic wrap. There was no paperwork, no packing list, no care package, nothing that would be included with the item as shown in the Serta YouTube video. The mattress itself is fine. My issue is with the company misleading customers with incorrect shipping claims and no customer service access. They have been sending me generated emails asking for reviews of how they did and how my experience was for the whole 3 weeks that I didn't have my order! I was planning on ordering another mattress for my daughter, but I am not convinced that I should use Mattress firm again.

Mattress firm filed for bankruptcy!Had I known that ,I wouldn't have been so eager to buy the 600 elite mattress.They overcharged my delivery,the adjusting is not operable,doesn't raise or lower,and not so good with getting through for an answer.Platinum delivery fee;$150.00.Disgusted!In 30 days,bed sunk in.Warranty is trash.Not

No anyone care of me just they need my money after I payed no anyone follow up with me no any one answer my question when I updated my order they answer after that nothing. It's the worst experience ever I will never back and I will never refer any one to buy from this place. I payed more than 3k in 5 days and place 2 orders to find people just treat me bad.
