Horrible!! Inside salesman price gouges. Came home ordered online for cheaper price and have yet to receive items(2 months now). They schedule a delivery and then email they can’t make it due to some excuse. I’d ask for refund but I purchased on a loan and took a hard inquiry for it😩

DO NOT ORDER CROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I see that I’m not the only one by the reviews I have read that did not get my mattress on delivery day! A call would have at least been helpful! What kind of company doesn’t deliver when they send out a confirmation A MONTH PRIOR and doesn’t even call to let anyone know!!! On top of that the have no live people to talk to!! This company is a joke!!!

DO NOT TRUST THEM! Customer sales agent sold me a mattress. This was confirmed in an email. About three weeks later I call to confirm the delivery. They did not have my mattress in stock. No call, text or message. I asked why there was no communication? No one gave me a straight answer. Next, I was promised a call from a manager. This never occurred. I got an email for a product of lesser quality. I wrote back and said a mattress should be of comparable quality... All I got was an automated response. DO NOT TRUST THESE CROOKS.

Bait and switch pricing. No way of contacting a live person to fix or cancel. My shopping cart had the price at $249 with free shipping. After I clicked the purchase button, the price jumped the $679. I've tried all morning to get in touch with someone but only guides me to a chat that is automated and does not help. I will need to contact my credit card company.

Do not purchase your matress from this company and expect it to arrive on time. I was promised delivery within 1-2 weeks and now after spending about an hour navigating through their phone tree and agent messenger, I was told it had not yet been shipped from the manufacturer. And it would take an additional 5-10 days, NO NOTIFICATION, NO WARNING from Matress firm, just sitting in limbo and waiting for my purchase. This company should close and never reopen with customer service like this. TOO BIG TO FAIL ideology.

We are average size people. Three years into a ten or twenty year warranty, our mattress has failed miserably. Two deep troughs and sore backs every morning. Paid extra for a "professional evaluation", and found out this is within specs. If I lie a little nearer the center of the bed, I'm at a 30 degree angle.

I paid a lot of money for a mattress that had a 15 year warranty. My claim was denied because it had a tiny stain mark on it. The mattress was all sunken in but they still denied my claim. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They don't honor their warranty.

I would like to give 0 stars but that is not an option. We bought a hybrid mattress and an adjustable bed frame from Bobby on July 19. Was told it would be delivered the following week. Was told there is a national steel shortage. After 3 weeks and at least 4 reschedules a different mattress and our frame was delivered. Bobby was on vacation when the other mattress was delivered. Upon his return he called to tell us they were scheduling an exchange for the mattress they sent us and it was scheduled for delivery on August 31. Today is August 31. NO ONE called to reschedule or tell us anything. My husband called today to see if they were going to deliver. Bobby informed him that they called (lies) and he didn’t care if we ever got our mattress. Nice. Apparently it is rescheduled for this Saturday now. We want the mattress we bought. Highly disappointed on how Mattress Firm does business.
