HORRIBLE. I got a mattress while yes on outlet but per their policy to return a mattress it must be in like no condition. Well this mattress never should have been resold. Now I’m fighting to get another one and the mattress is actually terrible! Poor customer service. Zero care or wanting to correct anything. I was told I could speak to anyone but the two people I spoke with told me they couldn’t help because they weren’t on my sale or whatever. Lies. They tell lies to get you to buy and send you garbage!

I purchased a mattress from them2 yeas ago in Poughkeepsie,NY I had to return it because it was defective. Got another same thing now #3 has made impossible to sleep on the right side of the bed. You slide or fall out of be. This has been going on since November 2020. I really have gotten any help from the store or the warranty dept.

I spent $4000 on beds and frames. One was a king size with adjustable frame, the mattress failed and slides off the end of the bed after about 6 months but I did not file a claim for an additional 6-12 months.It was denied because of a stain from spilled juice--totally unrelated--I will never buy from them again

First the website wouldn't process my order, nothing wrong with my card I called and checked. Then once it finally gets processed they tell me 2-3 days delivery. 3 days later I'm told 7-10 days. Now today, the next day, I'm told 10-14 days. I asked for to cancel my order and to be refunded my money. Once the order was canceled they then told me that the refund would take 10-14 days. This company is horribly mismanaged, unorganized, and the customer service is clueless once you actually get to talk to somebody. I would rate this experience as being on my top 10 list of biggest mistakes I ever made. Don't make the same, support the smaller family businesses like I will in 10-14 days.

I had order a mattress in August 2020 was supposed to be delivered in Sept. 2020 I got 3 emails about the delivery getting delayed that I finally filled out a form to have it canceled. I haven't received an update on my refund since, right now I checked the order status it says it was delivered Nov. 1, 2020 that is not true I've been home for the past 4 months I would of known if it was delivered. I should of read the reviews before I ordered online. Waste of my time & money. I will keep filling out a form everyday til I get a reply, can't talk to anyone by phone. POS company!

I ordered a mattress that was supposed to arrive the end of November, I get an email 2 days before delivery that it is delayed until the end of December. Now 2 days before delivery i get an email that it’s delayed ANOTHER month until February. At least give me a heads up. A call or something. Is the mattress out of stock? I would have canceled my order early on if that was the case. Doesn’t seem like I’ll ever get my mattress at this point.. I ended up buying from another company and waiting for my refund. Don’t use this company.

Do any humans work here anymore? I bought a mattress in June. I had delivery set up for the first week of August. The night before delivery, I got an e-mail saying the delivery was cancelled. I called my local store. The salesperson told me that mattress was out of stock, and wouldn't be in until the end of August. I tried to cancel my order online, but couldn't contact a human for 3 days! I was told all the Customer Service was done via e-mail. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
