Staff was excellent and I got a great deal!

I can't seem to find Google reviews. This is all I can find, but I wanted to leave a review for the Mattress Firm on West Main in Oshtemo, or Kalamazoo MI. I had never been in the store, and I was greeted by a friendly face and no pressure. His name is DJ and he was so knowledgeable and helpful and patient. He worked within my budget and really made me feel like customer service is still alive! I'm old and he is young, but I left there feeling like he was my friend, lol. If you need a mattress, see DJ at the Oshtemo store.

Tim and Gino at the Muncy Store were incredibly helpfully. We ordered a Queen Firm Mattress with an adjustable base. After a few nights sleeping on it we decided to exchange it for King Medium Plush, They were absolutely patient with us. We are so grateful. And the delivery guys went above and beyond. We gave them each a $20 tip!!

I called Mattress Firm inquiring about a pillow top mattress and spoke with Nigel at Winterpock location. I was very impressed with his sales techniques. He explained the comfort, quality and benefits in relationship to your physical body needs. He was through, I've never experienced that with a salesperson. I called several other stores to compare and none of them even tried to describe their products. I would return but only to work with Nigel again. 💯

Rory at the Draper office and Utah was so professional and extremely helpful! The store had already closed and he let me come in anyways. He let me try out several beds and help me find a great price on a mattress that was even on sale and had free delivery! I was so grateful he went out of his way to stay open for me. I’ve had months of mattress anxiety and he brought peace to my mind finding a great product at a great price!

I am a college student who was in urgent need, because my old mattress from Ikea has become too sagged for my comfort. Thus, I decided to go mattress shopping and one of the stores I visited happened to be the MattressFirm located on 1245 S. Main St, Walnut Creek, CA. I was greeted promptly by one of the employees who's name was Saul Murillo. He aided me in my search for a new mattress and described all the details along with the pros and cons of each mattress. His customer service was exceptional, so I knew that I could not leave the store until I found the right mattress with his guidance and expert knowledge. I have just bought a full mattress from MattressFirm all thanks to Saul's interest in making the process as smooth as possible. If you happen to be in Walnut Creek and are looking for a mattress then definitely stop by this location and ask for Saul, since he is always compelled to help YOU find the Perfect Mattress! Cheers-

I purchased a mattress today at 1825 Rockbridge Rd Ste 12A in Stone Mountain, GA. I purchased a TEMPUR-LUXEADAPT SOFT mattress. I only went in to look around and get a feel for the mattress. I had no intentions of buying anything there. I was going to do in online. However, the salesman was extremely polite and informative. His name was Travis Martin. I actually made this purchase because I noticed he approached every customer as if they were purchasing the most expensive Mattress in the place. Travis has excellent customer service skills. I'm also in sales and he sold me! That's not easy to do. Thank you Travis for an pleasant experience.
