Our mattress was fine for about a year. Now my wife and I can’t sleep at night, we’re hot and our bed is like sleeping in a sink hole. I already have a bad back and climbing out of this piece of garbage every morning makes it more difficult. Many nights I sleep on the couch. This was a total waste of money and now we’re forced to buy another mattress. This time we’ll do our research.

I ordered a bedframe on 11/3 (Order # WEB0005059775). I received a confirmation shipping preparation email with FedEx tracking # (285720145964) with an estimated delivery date of 11/10. The FedEx site says the label was created with the location as Commerce CA. I issued a customer care form and got a reply back. It said to check with FedEx. When I checked with FedEx they said the package was not in their system only the label. It was not picked up or taken to FedEx, it was still in Mattess Firm's possession. I explained this to the Mattress Firm (Amanda R.) customer rep, however it was a waste of time. It's a week later with no satisfaction.

I upgraded my matress several times. Approx a year ago I upgraded to a pillow top and bought new box springs. I wouldn't complain but it's already broke down hurting my back nightly. The warranty people said it dont meet qualifications for replacement. I wish I would have checked it out better before purchasing from them. I would NOT reccomend them. Too much money for bs customer service .

If I could have given a zero start I would have. STAY AWAY FROM THIS Company. I bought a Simmons Beautyrest pillow top mattress. It is sagging very bad where we sleep. I have a full warranty I was told for 10 years. So I filed a claim. Was denied due to frame. My bedframe I bought has a wood frame around edges and a middle metal support. Not good enough apparently. Just an easy out to not have to hold up their end. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I am rating this store a LOW as possible. After placing an order over a week ago and paying $200 for a specific 2 hour delivery window, got a call 10 minutes before the delivery window saying there wasn't going to be a delivery. Part of the order is not in stock and instead of asking if a partial delivery is acceptable, the warehouse decided to do no delivery.

Don't buy anything from Mattress Firm. The first mattress I bought ($2076 w/tax) ..and this is only the top mattress, not the base) sagged from the moment I slept on it at home. I bought a firm and it was soft. So I returned it, with much resistance, and got a replacement, After 4 months it is now sagging and I have to go through the hassle of negotiating a refund (the warrantee is 5 yrs.) Researching this company leads me to believe it is a money laundering scam. Buyer beware

I purchased a King size BeautyRest mattress on September 21, 2021. I paid $620.59 for this mattress. The customer service rep stated that if I don't like the mattress I can either return it or exchange it for another mattress. I was never told if I return or exchange the mattress I would be charged a $99 and 20% stocking fee. The reason for the dispute is that Mattress Firm has sold me a defective mattress. This mattress is hard, already sagging from day one, lumpy and getting bitten by something from this mattress and it stinks like it has been used. Very uncomfortable to even sit on the side of the bed to drink a glass of water. I have really bad osteoarthritis in my joints and have not had a restful sleep since I laid on this mattress. This mattress is so uncomfortable. I have never slept on a mattress like this before ever in my life. They want you to pay $99 to pick up a mattress and a 20% restock fee. I am asking for a full refund back because I did not cause this mattress problem. I went into the store and tried to find another mattress. The sales lady still tried to charge me $99 to deliver the mattress. So I realized I was getting played. They do not care anything about their customers.

My back hurts so much ever since I got this mattress from mattress firm! I can feel the springs all in my back! Every night I really thought they had good mattresses but I probably would never buy anything from them again so disappointed and dissatisfied! Please read this review
