Mattress FirmReviews of mattressfirm.com

I had the best experience with mattress firm in hagerstown. Mariah was absolutely amazing and was so helpful. She saved me from a disappointed online purchase i made without trying the bed. Needless to say, I came in to store, she helped me make a switch with and upgrade. Awesome experience!

Angelis at the branch on the UWS of NYC was so helpful and patient. Wonderful customer service!

We love mattress firm. We have bought six of their mattresses over time. However, this review is on a mattress firm employee named Jacob who works at Polo Towne Crossing in Plano. Short story, my daughter moved to Austin and had a scheduled time slot to have her mattress delivered. She needed to change the delivery and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. I reached out to Jacob just to see if he could help direct us on what to do. He literally called Austin at 5:00pm on a Friday night and helped reschedule the delivery. He took care of everything! He didn’t have to help in anyway due to the fact she bought the mattress not from his mattress firm. Jacob, You’re awesome! We will come straight to you for our next mattress!

Great salesmen, Kevin McCarty at the Lancaster store on Fruitville Pike. Delivery person Jorge was professional and courteous and did a great job setting up the new bed.

I recently purchased a Queen Serta mattress and box springs. Caleb waited on me. This is the store on Tyndal Parkway. Not only was Caleb intelligent and personable but knew what he was talking about. He walked me through the details of various mattresses. I explained what I needed and he took me to the right mattress. I can't thank Caleb enough for his patience and answering all my questions. If anyone is in need of a new mattress I highly recommend they contact Mattress Firm and deal directly with Caleb. He knows mattresses inside out. It was a pleasure dealing with him. Thank you again Caleb. Mary Vejmola

Service I received was excellent! The sales rep, Tony was informative, thorough, patient with the many changes in mind of my order I had and even broke down pricing of various options for me so it helped me make my decision. He wasn’t pushy at all, he didn’t need to be with his vast knowledge of the mattresses on the floor spoke enough to make the sale if that makes any sense. I enjoy my reclining bed with the massage, but my mattress is so so. I only gave a 4 because of the mattress, otherwise I would have given a 5 given my good service experience. I can’t say enough positive things about Tony. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt he really deserved one. Thanks Tony! I love my reclining bed! Mattress firm offers a really good mattress guarantee if you don’t like your mattress you can get a different one as long as yours isn’t wrecked when they pick it up. I’m going to swap my mattress with their fantastic plan- obviously you have to pay the difference. I think that’s a great guarantee because just laying on a store mattress for a minute can be tough sometimes until you really try sleeping on it. Overall though, my service was great in your store! ☺️ Thanks Tony!

Only bought from Mattress Firm, one time. I needed a 6" thick, folding Millard mattress but was shocked by the prices on Amazon. Prices almost tripled in 2 years since, I last purchased one from Amazon. Kept checking MattressFirm everyday until I saw the Millard mattress as a 'daily deal'. Also found a 10% off coupon code & bought it for a fraction of the cost of Amazon prices. It arrived in 3 days despite our remote location. Arrived in perfect condition. I'd never buy a mattress online that I'd never seen/used before but knew this particular folding mattress was a good one.

We recently purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm in Mission, Texas from Joel. Such a pleasant experience, Joel was dressed very professional, he proved to be very knowledgeable on his mattresses and helped us pick the mattress that would fit our needs perfectly, without giving us any high pressure to buy. Joel is definitely an asset to the store, without his pleasantness and excellent knowledge we probably have taken our business elsewhere
