How do I give negative stars I’m still fighting mattress firm for $1180.33 they stole from me , and every time I speak to someone they lie and give another story if falsehoods ….. BOA deny ever talking to them yet they say they did . I’ve sent two updated statements which shows the screwups they did …. I need help

DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU! I spent $2300+ on a queen adjustable bed to accommodate my family member needing this bed after a more than month long hospital stay. Explained that I needed a specific time delivery cause they were arriving from hospital. Prior to sale guaranteed a perfect white glove delivery. delivery showed up said they could deliver on our street….had delivered a mattress at same address two years earlier….I begged the dispatcher not to leave…..explained the situation….he said he’d figure it out. Got home from hospital and my friend meeting delivery said they never came. Called my sales person and while he was nice…his manager would not get on phone, I had no alternative but to rent a truck, pick it up, hire someone to put together and will now have to dispose of old mattress all while caring for a loved one in hospital. These people are beyond horrible and unhelpful and uncaring. PLEASE DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE

we purchased a queen size rise bed base and paid an additional fee for moving an item upstairs. When delivery people came, they first said they forgot to bring shoe covers, we asked them to get one, then they said that they have a policy to NOT WEAR shoe covers when moving items. we end up moving items by ourselves. Very poor delivery quality also the training for service.

I walked into this store asking if they had any organic mattresses. I was greeted by a lady who was nice and friendly...she took me directly, immediately and without any hesitation, to the mattress, which was top of the line and said, "this is the only mattress in our store which is organic. It's also the top-of-the-line mattress for (this brand). " I was very excited as it was a popular name brand known for quality and comfort and it was also their "softest" mattress, which also clicked the boxes for me. I was on the edge of actually spending several thousand dollars for this mattress. But. While looking at it, and some others too, I asked what type of organic certification it had. She read to me that it had "Joma wool" in it. Well, um. So? That's great, Joma wool is fabulous. I asked if this was what they used to get around the chemical fire retardant and she said, "They all have fire retardant in them. It's the law." I explained that if the mattress was organic that it would have some type of fire retardant other than chemicals, such as wool, or .....? you tell me. Her reply was, "oh, I don't know, they don't say anything about that stuff." Oh really? Well, how do we know it is organic? Come to find out, later on that same day, - that particular Mattress Firm store doesn't even sell an organic mattress. How hard would it have been just to tell me that? Or at least, "I'm not sure, maybe I can find that information for you?"

I WOULD DEFINATLEY NOT RECOMMEND MATTRESS TO FIRM TO NO ONE. RECIEVED METAL BOX SPRING WITH BOTH ENDS OF THE BOX BROKEN AND HARDWARE MISSING. WAS THEN ADVISED THAT UPS WOULD PUCK TO RETURN WITH SIGNATURE ONLY. I WORK ALL DAY AND CANT AFFORD TO STAY HOME TO WAIT FOR A PACKAGE RETURN THAT WAS SHIPPED DAMAGED. HAD TO HAUL MY RETURN TO MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT AND WAIT FOR UPS TO PICK UP. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO COOPERATE WHILE CHATTING ONLIN, AND THE AGENT "PRECIOUS" SAID SHE WAS COOPERATE! WHAT A JOKE. PLEASE NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE PRICES SEEM, DO NOT ORDER FROM MATTRESS FIRM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give this company a negative number I would. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER A THING FROM THIS COMPANY ONLINE. This store is good in CC but the main corporation is HORRIBLE. I ordered a Queen size Memory Foam Mattress online on September 30, 2021. I received the mattress in a box in around 2 weeks. I ordered online because they had said online that they guaranteed their mattresses 100%. WRONG. I sent them an email since there is no other way to contact them asking them for a RMA to return the item. Never heard back. After email after email without any response. Then around October 21, 2021 I get a text message saying a delivery would be made to me on October 23, 2021. I called the store and was told that they showed it would be a pick up and not a delivery for a mattress. STILL NO COMMUNICATION WITH THIS COMPANY. On October 23, 2021 at 5:30pm a truck came and picked up the mattress and said I would get a refund minus the pickup charge of 99.00. On November 21, 2021 after never receiving a refund, I had to go on their website and file another ticket with them saying that my item had gone back to them on October 23, 2021 and I still did not have any refund. One day later I was credited 619.63 through PayPal even though I paid 879.42. They charged me a total of 259.79 for returning an unopened item that was supposed to be 100% guaranteed. DO NOT SHOP ONLINE WITH THIS COMPANY.

This business is the most incompetent of any retail store I have ever dealt with. I will never purchase a mattress from them again. I have bought 4 . Buy somewhere else & save yourself the headaches from trying to deal with this inefficient company!!

Bought and paid cash for a very expensive queen bed and Ergo base. Waited for more than 2 weeks for delivery. Delivery guys did their job with notifications but when they came they saw the base for the mattress was incorrect. The store person put the wrong base down. I paid CASH for this, and now they tell me that it takes weeks to get my refund. In the meantime, have had to miss work for delivery, put up holiday guest in a motel, and now must cancel other guests because I do not have my cash to go purchase something from another store. I give MattressFirm an "F" grade. They do not seem to care how they inconvenienced me. Cannot get anyone except store personnel on phone. Have to go through writing this and a complaint. I will make sure I write this same review on a non-company website. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM TO DEAL WITH, EVEN IF YOU PAY CASH! UPDATE: After raising hell and searching for some corporate person, I finally got an email back from the Corporate Tx offices. I explained what happened twice but on the second time, I was told I would be refunded my money via check sent overnight. It came. I cashed it and went to the Fort Collins Store and the manager Jason saw to it that I received the bed and base I wanted, and at a further discount. But had I known how sloppy some business activities are, I would never have shopped at this company. They have many, many local complaints.
