I placed an order , they took my money , and then told me no order had been placed .

Their mattresses do not withstand the test of true time and their warranties are limited we bought a mattress 3 years ago and it’s sagging. Submitted claim states it’s within standard. I disagree but they have lost a customer. I will never buy their mattress again Or any brand from them again. So disappointed have been a customer for years.

If I could give a zero I would. Worst possible customer service and worst products ever! DO NOT BUY from them they will screw you every which way. Bought a queen beauty rest mattress within a day the bed was sinking in four spots, called the store the next day and said they couldn’t do anything about it I had to file a claim. Claim went through and I got to pick a new mattress after hassles,we’ll come to find out the new mattress does the same thing. So called mattress firm again remind you it has only been 3 months maybe not even at this point. I told them I am done I just want to return it and be over and done with this. He said nope that’s not an option because it’s from the outlet. I don’t care where anything is from if a company is selling defective expensive furniture that people have to sleep on and trusted these people when helping pick out a bed I haven’t ever experienced anything like this and now I’m stuck with a $1,300 bed that I can’t do anything with. Two $120 pillows I can’t sleep on because of my neck and the adjustable frame is bent. This is not how you run a business especially when it comes to something people rely on daily like a good nights rest. It’s just sad they are ok doing this. Don’t let them get you.

Please don't buy from Any Mattress Firm!!! I bought the first mattress in cash had to return so uncomfortable. Used a Synchrony Card they furnished and return the 2nd mattress and was only refunded a 3rd of what I payed for the first mattress. And yes I took regard to the $250.00 restock fee and the $99.00 delivery fee. Please don't buy!!! SB 1 Star is too high but I had to to write the review! Best of Blessings

Mattress Firm sold me exactly what I wanted. but then the problems started. They put me down for the wrong city, state and zip code which gave me the wrong delivery date. I notified them...I was then put on delivery the original date but it wasnt a delivery but just a pick up of my old bedding.....SAY WHAT. I was yelled at by the pick up guys because i wasnt there 3 hours before the window stated. Then I couldnt get a firm answer on my delivery date. When I tried to call and speak with someone, they DONT take phone calls...say what again. NOT WORTH MY TROUBLE AT THIS POINT, You lost me as a customer

One star is too high. The arrogance of the store manager located in eatontown, NJ and the complete disregard from their customer service is unbearable. I purchased two mattresses with two bases and waited 7 weeks. Less than 24 hours before delivery, I was told that my items would be delivered on Tuesday in early May. I was out of town that Tuesday so I asked to deliver on Wednesday. They said no problem. Come Tuesday, they call and say that they can’t deliver on Wednesday but they’ll deliver on Thursday instead. Comes Wednesday, my order is lost. They don’t know where it is. Need to wait another 7 weeks to reorder. I chose to cancel. Now almost 4 weeks have passed and I still didn’t get my refund. No one cares and no one is planning to return my money. I have involved my credit card customer advice to help. Stay away from this awful company.

Knoxville- delivery was pathetic

Mattress Firm in Lake Oswego Oregon hires liars. The guy that sold us our $10,000 bed and adjustable frame told us since we were buying a top of the line bed he would sell us top of the line adjustable frames for half price and they carried a 5 year warranty. Come to find out we ended up with cheap frames that are failing. Called the store and they told me the frame had a one year warranty and that that guy was gone because he’d had a history of doing that. They offered no remorse
