My salesman today was Awesome!! Very helpful, very thorough very sympathetic and very understanding. The reason why I came back today was because I had a mattress warranty. When I originally purchased the mattress, the lady that helped me who was also the manager at the time she overcharged me and pretty much robbed me. I was approved for a credit there she made sure that I used the whole credit on my purchase, she didn’t tell me I was purchasing all of the items that I received. She said that she was gonna include those so she made me think she was giving me those. She said I will. I will include free pillows. I will include a mattress cover I will include a sheet set well in the end she charged me for everything so she misled me. I’m very upset about that. That was thousands of dollars that I could not afford to spend. I am a senior citizen and on a fixed income. Praises to the young man that helped me out today. He was the best.

Our sales agent Theresa was great. All our questions were answered and she was so patient showing us all the options and ways to get the best what we’ve been looking for.

I went into the store to buy a cheap mattress and a sales person was showing me what he had bought well instead of buying the cheap mattress. I bought a very expensive one thanks to the salesman. He was so generous and helpful on the mattress that I bought super super nice guy he needs to raise. And

Our mattress representative Marcellous was very knowledgeable and friendly! He answered all of our questions and saw to it that we received our expectations.

Had a great experience with the Quincy location. Jen listened to my preferences and truly helped in my making the right choice. Michael and Jonathan were amazing with the delivery process – navigating a tight stairway and set everything up. They went above and beyond.

I am 80 years old and I came into Mattress firm in Natick MA. I had purchased an expensive mattress there 2 years earlier and it had developed a dip in the lower portion of it, I am a1 light person so I thought that shouldn't have happened. I don't like to complain so I was nervous to do so. A nice man named Don waited on me, I told him my problem and immediately he calmed me down and put me at ease. He explained the process to return and how to file a claim but I am not very happy dealing on the internet. Don volunteered to come to my home and check it out. He took the pictures needed and helped me with my computer to file the claim. The company asked for more pictures and Don again, came to my aid. After the claim was filed the company gave me credit. That certainly would not have happened if it wasn't for Don and his way over the top personal service he gave. I am telling all my friends he is the man to see. He even helped me with getting a replacement. Thank God for his help!!!
