I bought my matress over a year ago. Right after it was delivered I noticed it had these lumps horizontal across the whole mattress. They wouldn't do anything about it. I just got a new bed frame, a quess frame. I have a queen mattress supposedly. Well the space from the bottom of my mattress to the actual footboard is crazy! 6 inches short. My toddler could get hurt because the mattress wasnt made to priper queen specifications. Never ever ever buy from this place!! I measured and the frame is the right size. In case anyone is wondering. The mattress is short. Terrible way to do business. I paid close to $1000 for this POS mattress I have to replace. My husband now need to build on our frame to cover that gap so my child or animals dont get hurt jumping or climbing on to the bottom of our bed. This is ridiculous!! I'm so disgusted

Mattress firm at Durbin pavilion, omg the service is terrible. The amount of attitude I got was insane. They practically accused me of not having an answer of whether I want to buy it or not within a minute of being there. I hate it, that place and the staff made me wanna throw up from the interaction. NEVER buying anything from there.

Our $1700 bed and bed frame never arrived and they haven’t refunded us. My husband and I ordered a bed from the Mattress Firm on Atlantic Ave in Brooklyn, NY. We were told it would be delivered on 9/18 and that we would be given a 2 hour delivery window the day before. We got several texts messages confirming our delivery, but never got a time window for delivery. We took the day off work and waited all day for our bed to no avail. We spent almost 24 hours contacting the store trying to find out what was going on and we were finally told that if we wanted our bed we would have to pay an additional $250 and it would arrive in 3-4 weeks otherwise we could cancel the the order. When we chose to cancel the order we were told that the order was “locked” because it was past the day it was supposed to be delivered and they couldn’t refund us. They didn’t respond when we tried contacting them again so we had to file a fraud charge with our credit card. I would strongly advise not to buy from Mattress Firm.

Ordered a twin size bed and adjustable frame. Was told it would arrive on September 17 received emails and texts past week saying it would arrive on September 17. Got a text yesterday saying it will not arrive until October 29th unless I want to pay more for a better adjustable frame. Called corporate and they tried to upsell me to a much more expensive frame. Their phone then transferred me to the Owasso Oklahoma store and they told me to cancel the order come in to the store and they would sell me a higher priced set. I emailed corporate ceo and they called and even they tried to upsell me. They blame it on vendor issues. Yet they guaranteed me when they took my order it would be delivered on September 17th. They knew I was a senior disabled veteran because I tried to use my tax card. They billed my credit card on August 28, and I have since paid it off. I feel they have defrauded me of my funds and use of it since that date, and will only help me if I pay more money for a more expensive set. I feel like a foolish old man that has been duped by a National company with brick and mortar stores in Oklahoma. Maybe if I didn't try to use my Oklahoma Disabled Veteran tax card they would not see me has such an easy mark. The frame they tried to upsell me to is $800.00 more! I'm sure Mattress Firm will leave a standard contact us click and paste reply. The fact is I have been in touch with Melissa at the Houston Corporate Office. She saud they could get the mattress here in October without the frame! Guess Mattress Firm doesn't care if my 9 year old granddaughter sleeps on the floor, but I do!

It's not a "FREE" adjustable base, if you never deliver it! And after waiting a month they text you the day before your delivery date, saying it will be another month..."OR", you can buy an upgraded base at more money! I would say this is bait and switch, but to do that they would ACTUALLY have to have what you ordered and they promised to deliver. ! This corporation doesn't seen to care. If they can't get more cash out of you they just keep postponing delivery one month at a time!

Very disappointing experience with Mattress Firm. I purchased my mattress almost 10 years ago, and I am currently trying to use the warranty on this one mattress. I have purchased other mattresses from Mattress Firm over the years and have had no problems with those purchases. The problem is how Mattress Firm has handled this warranty claim. I provided the photos they requested, but they denied my claim based on the photos alone. I asked them to send an inspector to my home so the mattress could be physically inspected and the defect could be properly evaluated. Their response was that they do not have an inspector in my area. Even more frustrating, I was told that regardless of how many mattresses I have purchased from Mattress Firm, it would not change their decision to deny my claim. I wasn't asking for special treatment because I have been a longtime customer. I simply wanted the mattress inspected before having my warranty claim denied. This is extremely disappointing. When you're buying a mattress, you hear about warranties and how the company stands behind its products. But when you actually need to use that warranty, my experience has been completely different. I have been a customer for years and have purchased multiple mattresses from Mattress Firm. I have had no issues with the other mattresses, but the way this particular warranty claim has been handled has seriously damaged my trust in the company. If Mattress Firm is going to offer a warranty, customers should be given a fair opportunity to have a defective mattress inspected before their claim is simply denied. Very disappointed with the customer service and the way this warranty claim was handled

Total Bait and Switch and a representative who merely responded "lol" when I pointed this out. Will never make a purchase from this company!

I am very disappointed with the purchase I made for matches Firm. My sales purses was Sheena and the manager nameAntwan I have a spinal cord injury and I requested a bed that goes up to 70° however they sold me a bed that goes up to 55° and told me there’s no changing or replacing the bed however, I could exchange the mattress if I’m unhappy with the Matress after 30 days please do not take these people word for they will take advantage of you iMessage the young lady a couple times and she didn’t respond. I spoke with the manager Antoine and he was very rude to me. He was very nice before the sale, but after the sale they do not carry anything about you.
