I recently had the best experience with Dale the sales person at Mattress Firm in Lake Jackson Tx…He had so much knowledge of the mattresses and very helpful even offering questions to ask when we looked elsewhere but he was never pushy. I thought he was pretty great Well done Dale good job!

Joshua at the 2371 iron point location was great, friendly and very welcoming. I told him what I was looking for and he was on it. Thankfully, what I wanted was there on the show room floor. He helped me load it in my car with no hesitation. His customer service is spot on.

Jacob, the sales rep went above and beyond I had previously bought a mattress 18 months ago that started to break down. He helped me through the claim process, set up a pick up date and will deliver the new mattress. Awesome customer skills highly recommend him.
