I still have not received the watch…
I still have not received the watch that was purchased several months ago. Do not buy from this company. They are scammers. I have flagged as scam on my credit card!

Matthew Mercury was very responsive…
Matthew Mercury was very responsive with me as I waited for the watch to be delivered. I sent two emails inquiring the delivery of the watch, and the response was within the hour. Excellent packaging when the watch arrived.

BEWARE….
Company WILL NOT refund a cent if product is not working. All good reviews are based upon receiving a working product…if product is not working, you’re out of luck. Company DOES NOT back their products… DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I have ALL documentation from Matthew Mercury to prove this case. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! (Many other companies offer similar quality for less!)

Delivery complications and wrong colour
The logistics company used for delivery claimed 2 failed deliveries at times we were home, before we were able to track the item down and collect from the Depo. Matthew Mercury customer service were helpful and quick to respond but couldn't help beyond requesting another delivery. On collecting the item the wrong colour of watch was sent (brown rather as black). After taking over 3 weeks to arrive we don't have time to arrange an exchange. It was bought for a birthday present and the recipient still likes the watch but disappointed it's wasn't the colour they had originally chosen. The watch itself it elegent and of great quality.

I have not received my watch I asked…
I have not received my watch I asked for a refund and no response, the tracking information provided leads to so.e Chinese language website where you can't read a thing. This company is an absolute scam.
