love the attention to details in the design of the "Magnum Black" watch. The chronograph position is unique and adds to its charm. The watch is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also highly accurate, which is exactly what you would expect from a Swiss watch. Overall, it was a good experience and it definitely gives off a luxurious vibe.

A huge mistake buying from this company. Purchased a watch just a month ago and came in with dust all over it and didn’t work. They told me the battery died and I should go buy a new one and replace it. Taken back that I had to be the one to fix a new purchase I brought the watch to two stores and neither could get the battery out of the watch or fix it. I asked for my money back and they said only if I pay to ship it back which is half the price of the watch itself. I’ve filed a chargeback with Chase but what a disaster this purchase was. Timeline: - Purchase took 3 weeks to arrive - Product was dusty and didn’t work - I was asked to take time and money to fix it - When that wasn’t possible they still wouldn’t provide a refund or free shipping back to them which negates their “Return Policy” Moral of the story you’re better spending your money elsewhere or literally anywhere else. This company is a joke.

Regarding the shipping time, we understand that waiting for a product to arrive can be frustrating, especially when it takes longer than expected. We guarantee worldwide delivery within 5-12 business days. In your case, shipping time took 12 days, which is under our guarantee timeframe. In regards to the condition of the watch, we take full responsibility for any defects or issues with our products. However, our watches are tested before they are shipped out, and we have no record of any defects when the watch left our logistics center. We understand that sometimes issues can arise during shipping, and we are always willing to work with our customers to resolve any issues that may arise. In your case, as you claim the battery druin out, we offer to pay for the battery replacement in a local service center, but you refuse that offer. We want to clarify that we did provide you with a return label to send the watch back to us, but you chose to open a chargeback. We are glad to hear that you were able to receive a refund from your credit card provider. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this experience has caused you. We will use your feedback to improve our processes and customer service moving forward.
