Some of the best customer service ever-response usually within minutes during the day!! They even customized one of their Royal Flush collections for me without hesitation! Great company and the quality of the time pieces is amazing!

The only issue was the length of time it took for item to arrive in UK. Having said that it was not an extensive delay BUT if you state delivery time is between 3-7 days when delivery goes beyond this time concern will be raised. I suggest less emphasis on the speed of delivery or show a longer period.

Whatch it is looking great. My disappointment is regarding the box it's coming in. It looks and feels very cheap. You can do better then that. It's not matching the watch.

The only issue, was to took a bit longer for delivery... which may have been caused by weather.

I’m giving it five stars, although shipping took quite a while. My husband wanted the watch, so I got it for him supposedly for Christmas. He is wearing it now because he likes it a lot.
