The chair mat seems to be a decent thickness which feels alot more robust than the one it replaced which crumbled after 6 months, however, for an eye watering £280.00 I would expect a perfect finish around the edges of the mat, mine isn't perfect but is not bad enough to send back hence the 4 stars, but even when placed on a thick pile carpet with thick foam underlay this particular mat feels solid which in turn allows my office chair to glide easily which is the reason for the purchase, so overall I'm reasonably happy.

It was very good and sitting at my computer, which is on a carpet is now comfortable. The only problem was the difficulty in releasing the strap as I have stiff fingers

Great product with good, accurate description. Shipping let it down somewhat with a lack of ability to track once it arrived in the UK and it simply stated that it "should be delivered in the day". This was the case for Friday through Monday when it finally arrived. Once it got here the box looked like it'd been kicked here from Germany, although the contents were intact.

The mat arrived on time and was rolled up, secured with a strap, and packaged in a box. The material quality looks very good. I am using this mat on deep pile carpet and hope it will last. I bought a similar mat from a different supplier and it cracked within two months, so am hoping that one will last longer. Great so far!

Good buying and delivery experience and the chair matt I bought is robust enough. However the spikes under it are too rounded and a bit too shallow to grip my carpet properly so it moves more than I expected it to. I have a chair matt from another manufacturer which has sharper spikes and it never moves. One star dropped for that.

Good products for what they are

Good price for a larger size polycarbonate office chair mat. BTW, don't bother with cheaper plastics; it's a false economy. Delivery was from Germany, not superfast but amidst Covid-19 chaos understandable.

The mat is good but it is too small for us we Would have liked a bigger size please let me know when in stock. Thankyou Mair davies
