Ordered a Marvelux heavy duty polycarbonate chair mat for medium pile carpet. Received a Floortex mat for hardwood floors. No exchanges were allowed so had to repackage, get a return label and take to UPS store. Ordered again and this time received Floortex carpet mat. Wrong brand, not heavy duty. I was told that they contract through Floortex to sell mats similar to Marvelux. Their website clearly shows two different brands with different mat selections and different pricing. Starting to feel a bit like bait and switch. I'm too worn out and disgusted to repackage and return again. Very disappointed in this company.

no communication, been a long while since I ordered so now having to worry about the next step in getting my money back, not worth dealing with them.
