It's very rare I write a good review nowadays, which should hopefully give this some more weight. Having purchased a (pretty robust) mat from (UK) Mat Stores, it came very quickly and seemed perfect for the job for ~3 months. However, it cracked at that point, despite me following all the guidelines provided. It's also worth noting I bought another one of their products in a smaller size a bit before that via their Amazon storefront, which is still pristine (despite seeing as much use). I checked and there was a two-year (!) warranty on the cracked mat, for which I contacted customer service. Over the course of 5/6 emails, the person I spoke to (Bethany) was incredibly clear, polite, and quick at getting back to me. The end result of our email chain was a replacement sent at no extra cost to me, via next-day delivery. I can't remember the last time I encountered such great customer service from anywhere. On that basis (and the assumption that the first mat had a manufacturing defect), I cannot recommend this company enough and will be going here for all my mat-related needs in the future!!

Ordered Desk Mat online on the 9th August 2023 and it was delivered the next day. The mat was packed flat, so that when it was put down, it laid perfectly flat. The mat is well made in polycarbonate and an excellent product. Excellent service and product.
