Polycarbonate chair mat
Fast delivery, well packaged product with good safety instructions. After opening and carefully removing the restraint strap from the rolled up mat, it laid perfectly flat. Good quality mat and free postage. Very happy.

Excellent
First time buyer. Easy ordering process online. Free and fast delivery. Well packaged. I expected the rigid mat to be flat packed, so extra care was needed to unroll the mat as there is a LOT of tension. Lays and stays flat once on the carpet. Overall very pleased and would use Matstores again. I bought directly and not from Amazon.

Thank you for your positive review. We are pleased to hear you were happy with the product and service received. Due to the increase in freight costs, we now ship all of our mats rolled to ensure the best price is still achieved. However, as you will have experienced, once the mats are unrolled they revert to flat state almost immediately. We look forward to assisting you with any future purchases. Kind regards, Mat Stores

Easy to use website and quick delivery
Easy to use website and quick delivery. Only issue was I ordered a mat which was showing as in stock and then got an email a day later to say it wasn't available and my account would be refunded. If its not available then in my opinion it shouldn't be showing on website. Other than that no issues with this company.

Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear you found our website easy to use and happy with the speed of delivery. Unfortunately, stock quantities can change quickly over a weekend and we sometimes end up being informed by the supplier that items have gone out of stock. We apologise for the inconvenience with this. Kind regards, Mat Stores
