The importance of the smell of the car should not be overlooked. Mine had 3 factors going against it which made me feel quite sick (even with my mask and window opened a little): 1) body odor, 2) cheap car freshener, and 3) the food the driver decided to open during my ride. Not an easy trip home. Really unfortunate that your company doesn't emphasize the rider experience.

I have used Matrix before and was very satisfied. Beautiful clean car. Friendly on time driver. What else could you ask for.

I got two different texts from 2 different people saying they had arrived to pick me up, then the car that arrived had a license plate that did not match the plate number provided in Matrix's email, even though the driver's name did match. Made me consider sending the gentleman on his way and taking a cab to avoid such a sketchy situation. Very disappointed since I have been using Matrix for years.

The driver was supposed to wait for me at the lobby of Terminal 4 with a sign with my name but he wasn't. It was a serious problem of communication I have to call Matrix to find out where the driver was. The driver had only two months of working with Matrix and he was not very familiar with the Airport. In addition I was supposed to pay $125 and I ended up paying $151.

Thank you, Gioconda. So sorry to hear about your bad experience. Traveling in itself is hard and even harder when travelling during a busy season, and then to find more hardships after arriving is something to be very upset about. It wasn't due to the drivers' unfamiliarity with the airport but because it was a busy week for travel, airport rush and parking issues delayed the driver in getting to you quicker. However, your initial booking was curbside pickup that is why you were quoted $125, after you called requesting an inside pickup the charges went up (inside pickup & parking fees). Confirmation emails are always sent for initial bookings and when changes are made. We hope you decide to choose Matrix Limos again, and we will make sure you are left with the best experience.

Javits Center to LaGuardia in mid-afternoon went smoothly. Upon arrival at LGA, I was informed that my flight was delayed 12 hrs, 10 min, meaning it was rescheduled to leave early the next morning. Matrix driver brought me to Yonkers for overnight & arranged to pick me up at 4:30 a.m. to try LGA again. Fantastic service accommodating to my needs in this less-than-ideal situation.
