Driver never arrived
Driver never arrived! We had to scramble to get an Uber driver for the 1hr ride in order to make our flight at JFK airport! This was at 5 AM the Saturday after Thanksgiving. No answer on driver's cell phone, or automated notification number, or company supplied number. Still, after 48hrs, no one has contacted me with an apology or explanation. After 10 years of using this service we will be switching companies!

Its very unfortunate we couldn't accommodate you, unfortunately it was due to a systematic error which caused a complete shut down around the time of your pickup.
