The worst unprofessional service I have ever experienced. Never using this company again. The messed up entire vacation with the nonsense. I honestly don’t think they are licensed with the TLC. Use them at your own risk.

I have used Matrix for well over 10 years for airport drop-offs and pick ups. They have always been on time and dependable. Cars were clean, and drivers were professional.

My husband and I were picked up at JFK airport today and driven home to Westchester. Our Matrix driver was on time and texted me. He was so patient driving in all the traffic as did not loose his composure at all. We will definitely use Matrix limos again and highly recommend them.
