i would rather put myself through every saw trap in the entire franchise than do my homework ever again. the creator crawled up from hell with his filthy little rat hands and made this abomination of a website.

No. Just don’t. If you’re a teacher, don’t invest. You will make your students despise every last ounce of you. The 100% completion feature is stressful and literally only a marketing point. Students are constantly forced to believe in perfection - something maths is not about. Maths is about mistakes. Learning. Oh yes, did I mention the fact Sparx resets the question after 3 attempts? So all your working is redundant? That last 20 minutes you spent crying and sobbing and swearing to all the gods above? It never tells you the correct answer. Just so you’ll never see where you went wrong. The only reason why Sparx does all this stressful, useless features is to get your money! The more random features the better! Even if they’re driving students to AM-levels of HATE for maths!! So teachers, if you want students to hate you forever, if you want students up at 3:15am crying and sobbing over histograms, if you want to waste your budget on a website with far better alternatives - Sparx Math is JUST for you!

If I could give it zero stars then I would. If you get even a single question wrong, it forces you to do it again and again until you finally somehow get it right. Useless videos, AI-generated crap, had me in actual tears when I was in year seven. It sets me things I haven't even learned at school. You're forced to write down every single question, which it then tests you on, just to make sure you definitely took meticulous notes on everything. I've just stopped even trying. I would rather take a detention than put myself through that. Basically everyone in my class just uses Google Lens to do it because it's just impossible. You might as well just waterboard me atp, it would still be better than Sparx. For the love of God, somebody shut this website down.

The website is too buggy, the videos are useless and even the questions say my correct answers are wrong this website is made by evil people who like to torture high schoolers and college students. I'd rather fail every math test (not really) than this. Because now my parents think its a good website for learning. is it? No its a torture device for people who like or hate math and they also get tortured and they would cry in the bathroom after finishing this homework. (I mean torture). ALSO I REALLY HATE THE FLASHCARD FEATURE IT TAKES TOO LONG.

Okay so not gonna lie sparx doesn't do SHI Right so imagine this: I finish my mocks and it's near the summer holidays, so I'm already pissed I have to do sparx, and I see a new section called 'flashcards'. Wtf. What The Actual Freak. I do NOT need to know the equation for pressure mate. Genuinly sparx is just getting worse (I didn't even know that was possible). Worst part is can't even say it fell off- it's BEEN off. And ykw I could acc write PARAGRAPHS on why ts is the worst maths hw platform (dr frost on top) but honestly? Its not worth my time and frankly I wish we got proper maths homework like you know one that DOESN'T test me on my timestables in the big yr10. Thanks a lot mr sparx!
