I joined this service more than 3yrs ago, and had expectations due to significant expense. Within that time the service delivered nothing that was communicated as part of their expensive matching service. There was no regular communication with my dating coach, matches did not seem to be adequately vetted (1st match was going through a divorce and was detangling assets and establishing custody). Follow-up from service representatives regarding my concerns with the service went unanswered. Random matches were sent just to meet their obligation to send the maximum number of matches. This was an incredibly embarrassing mistake and produced absolutely no return on my investment. I realize now that I was completely taken advantage of during a very vulnerable stage in my life.

They are professional and caring about their clients. They genuinely want to see you succeed in your dating journey.

All you need to do is count the number of awful reviews to know that it is not worth THOUSANDS of dollars. You can gamble for free with online dating - they are gambling with house money - yours….Reconsider before you sign.

This company employs extremely gifted salespeople and exploits people that are looking for real connections, instead of online dating. After +30 minutes of chatting with the salesperson in Las Vegas, NV, I completely trusted her and this company's process. I signed up, not reading the small font contract where only one (1) sentence states that the agreement is non-refundable and non-cancelable. I simply signed/initialed based on the salesperson's cliff notes. She seemed so sincere trustworthy, but NEVER did she mention that it was a nonrefundable, non-cancelable contract. I paid north of $8,000 for 8 matches. I am less than 3 weeks in (this includes one week of the background check) and I have requested to cancel and get partially refunded twice. I understand that they spent some money on the background check, initial match making process etc. Both times, my request has been forwarded back to the matchmaker. There is no chain of command that takes accountability. I find ALL of the processes of this company highly unethical. UPDATE: I requested a partial refund and when someone from their management team finally called me back, she explained that it was NOT an option to cancel and receive a partial refund. However, I could "sell" my membership and they would waive the transfer fee. There is no way I would con anybody in to buying my membership. Online dating is as efficient and a lot less expensive.

STAY AWAY FOLKS! The wonderful employee Karen in the Reno, NV office asked me questions for 30 minutes, we laughed and had a good time. As soon as I said the words, "I am here to get information" about your service and business, to see how it all works. They would not give me pricing on the phone." Karen said, "It's $7,000". Me, "What?, $7,000? for what 10 dates?" "Yes" she says, jumps out of her chair says, "Here I'll show you", walks into the next office and brings back a handout, "See, she says, it says right here, $7,000". I say, "For What, what do you get?". Karen says, "8 dates." I say, "That is almost $1000 a date." She says, "yes." SO REGULAR NICE PEOPLE-DO NOT GO HERE! Just find other ways to find people. They would not give me pricing on the phone. So I showed up to find out what the pricing was. I read all of the Mixed Reviews. The gal on the phone says "Bring your Driver License (you have one don't you) and your credit card." HA! STAY AWAY.
