This company is a complete fraud. I’m in the middle of legal actions and will invite anyone who wants to join me To begin with, Iris who interviewed me made so many promises verbally and then they denied it and made me look like I misunderstood everything. They don’t find you matches according to your wants, they just throw anyone at you for the sake of the contract. They completely lied to my bank that I denied the introduction while the person was not even available. Thankfully I saved their voicemail and proof to show in court. PLEASE BE AWARE AND DONT GET FOOLED BY THEIR FANTASTIC MARKETING ABILITY TO SELL YOU LIES.

I've read many reviews of this company, The Matchmaking Company, and all the ones I've read are positive, but mine wasn't. It started with the expense. It was more than I thought it would be, I was willing to pay it because I thought, if I did meet the right person, it's worth it. I regret my decision now. I should have known after the first "date." The woman was forty minutes late and then when she finally got to the destination, she barely acknowledged me. I knew right away she wasn't interested. She kept looking around at everything except me. Needless to say, I tried to call her for a second date, but was ignored. My next date didn't even show up at all on the appointed time and place. I was mad so I called the office and later I called the second date again and this time we connected. We had lunch and agreed to meet for a second date. We next went to a movie and it was ok. Rather than continue with more boring reviews, I met two other women through this service and I don't think either one was really a good match for me, one of them kept asking what my previous jobs had been, and the other I could tell immediately that she wasn't interested. Thats it for me.

I paid 3000.00 for 4 introductions and only had 2 legitimate introductions. My matchmaker didn’t do a good job at all and I felt waisted 2 of my introductions. For one of them I communicated a non smoker and she tried to set me up with a man who smokes. The second one was a complete waste of my time where the man that who I have no idea of how he even passed the initial intake and interview process. He was not gainfully employed and had a front toon that was turning black. This a person who I would never even take a look at if we passed on the street. I feel that I was scammed out of my 3000.00 I paid. I not at all got the service I was lead to believe was to happen nor the quality of men are not in the program or database. I would like at least a 50% refund or credit. I felt mislead and the company was mis represented.

They did exactly what they said they would do. It would take time to do a background check. I was ok with waiting because Match.com does not do that. And tha was a huge fail. When I met my 1st match, it was ok. But not what I was looking for. But my second match was MY match!!! He was not what I was used to. But he is my perfect match!

Larry took the time to get to know me some and really help me define my search He has provided me a personal arena to nurture trust in the process
