We understand your frustration and want to address a few points directly: First, the cost, terms, and structure of your program—including the number of introductions and any financing details—are clearly disclosed in your contract before you start your membership. If you have any concerns about your documentation, especially regarding your electronic signature, we encourage you to contact our office directly so we can investigate thoroughly. We take these matters seriously and are committed to transparency. Regarding the selection of your introductions, our matchmakers work carefully to curate matches based on the criteria you provide. It’s also important to understand that matchmaking is a collaborative process, and declining introductions without meeting candidates can limit your results. While our team will never pressure you to meet anyone you’re absolutely uncomfortable with, they do encourage clients to remain open-minded and engaged to make the most of the service. We also want to clarify that we do not simply provide “random” matches. Every introduction is between two real clients who have undergone the same vetting and have agreed to be matched based on stated preferences. If you still have introductions remaining, we encourage you to stay in touch with your matchmaker so we can continue to assist you in your search.
