A key part of successful matchmaking is meeting the individuals our team thoughtfully selects for you, as real connection can only be assessed in person—not just on paper. Unfortunately, in your case, it appears none of the matches we curated were actually met in person, which significantly limits our ability to learn, adjust, and improve future introductions. We understand your frustration around timing, and it’s worth noting that the pace of matches can vary depending on how specific your preferences are and availability in your area. That said, we are always available to reassess and recalibrate based on your evolving needs—so long as that communication remains open and active. We also want to acknowledge your comment about requesting a refund. Our agreements are transparent about what’s included, and while we can’t guarantee chemistry, we do offer the structure and support for clients to make the most of each introduction.
