Had trouble ordering on the website. Unable to check out.

Unfortunately, they sent my item to the wrong address and after a long drawn out wait, I ended up requesting that they resend it to me with the then current price. They ended up just giving me a refund after all that and indicated that the item was marked as undeliverable by the post office. Considering that I double and triple checked that the address was indeed correct and I have received plenty of items to that exact same address in the past, I can confidently say that they sent it to a wrong address in the first place. Will I come back in the future? Probably for a good deal, but this is definitely not a good first impression.
