I haven't had a deal go through yet…
The process of power deals seems unnecessarily confusing. I'm trying for a second time to buy a Nintendo Switch. I haven't had a deal go through yet successfully. Their site is a bit confusing if something doesn't work out on the credit card payment side of things. What is even crazier is when I put in my CC info, i get a pop-up saying it's being verified by Visa. I'm trying a second order, but if it doesn't go through I'd suggest avoiding this seller.

Good Deal, Tricky at First to Process My Order
**Updated Review** I received my product today and it is as described. It was frustrating and questionable when first dealing with this site, but it worked out in the end. I appreciate the customer service reps reaching out to me.

Deals not worth the headache. Look elsewhere.
Ordered Xbox live code. Received deactivated code instead. Been ignored for the past two weeks. The actual seller “everything deals” has been ignoring my request for a new code or refund for two weeks now. Sent numerous emails and texts and calls. No response. Will be opening up a fraud case with my bank against massgenie. It’s the only way to get my money back. Horrible customer service. Scam website or they are just highly incompetent.

No Refund!
I bought two pairs of shoes the end of April. One pair fit great but the other pair did not. I returned the pair of shoes to the company (not massgenie) who had sold them to me and have still not gotten a refund! 5-23-19 massgenie sent an email saying I'd see my refund in 5-7 days and now they won't even reply!
