I took advantage of a chair on sale, and with 0% financing. I was amazed at the customer service from getting the credit line required, to prompt shipping and delivery, and most of all, the quality and comfort provided by my new massage chair. I would recommend the products and the company to anyone looking for an exquisite massage chair at fair price with the best customer service one could ask for. I bought the chair for myself, but my wife is thoroughly enjoying the chair as well. It has provided much needed relief to our aches and pains. I truly hope the customer service will be as wonderful if we ever need servicing on our chair.

If you want to compare massage chairs and get a good education, this is the place to go. No once did I get the feeling of being pressured into a chair. We discussed what I needed and they were able to get me into a far better chair then I was going to pay elsewhere. They know all the chairs they sell and I didn’t have to wait fir them to look up information in the computer. One reason I left Brooksotine is their lack of knowledge of the product they sold. I would definitely go there again

Great prices on the best chairs made, awesome customer service, great follow up after the sale ! I bought my Infinity Presidential right from the world head quarters in Seabrook. Sales rep Tyler spent over 2 hours with me to make sure I got the correct chair for me, and that I got the best deal ! Then he threw in 3 years parts and labor ! I am extremely satisfied with my purchase, thank you !

I really enjoy the chair. The white glove service is the only way to go unless you're mechanically inclined.
