For some context, this was my first time buying a high-end massage chair and Tyler made life easy. I ended up going with the Infinity Presidential for my folks and they cannot stop raving about how it's completely changed the quality of their lives. The quality of the chair is unmatched and the white glove delivery was completed without a hitch. 6 stars would be given as rating for the whole experience if it were possible. Tyler was extremely helpful in making the process smooth and easy and the post purchase customer service has been top-notch. It's this type of customer care that will have me as a long term / repeat customer for sure. A big thanks to the Massage Chair Store and Tyler for everything!
