I saw an awesome deal they had online. I made a purchase and was happy. I called the company to verify delivery. I received some not so pleasant news that the chair I had purchase was already sold. The representative Tyler apologized and offered a different chair. He sent me an email with details and I reviewed it. I admit I was a little skeptical. I then spoke with Tyler again and me made me a awesome deal. I must say when my chair arrived I was verify impressed and satisfied. Thanks Tyler!

Chair was a birthday gift, and delivery was to a third party address. I asked you folks to call me prior to shipping. However, the chair was sent to your delivery vendor without the requested call to me. It was then necessary for me to call your delivery vendor, provide my contact information and asked to be notified prior to delivery. No one called. The chair was delivered to a confused family who had to call me to be certain I had paid all costs. Birthday surprise spoiled, confusion created, and never a phone call. Customer service? my wife and I like the chair, but it makes a squealing noise when used on the extend mode. Something is not right with the foot base

I have a very old house with non standard door sizes. The Massage Chair rep got me the help I needed and was able to deliver the chair in 2 pieces and the white glove service was able to put it together. The reps were super helpful. I highly recommend getting your chair here and make sure to get the white glove service.Well worth it.
