We love our chair. I have severe arthritis and using this chair 3 times a day gives me relief when nothing else would. There were some missing parts upon delivery and after a very pleasant phone call with a very apologetic staff member, they overnighted the parts and everything was good. With any product like this, that may need service in the future, I hope to get the same service when we need it.

Bernie Eppa is the main reason I bought the Nokori M980 Massage Chair. Bernie is a true professional and a rare one. The way he handled the sale was exceptional! I would definitely buy another massage chair from him. The Nokori M980 is a high-quality massage chair. Its ergonometric design is excellent. It is a rock-solid mechanical marvel. The materials that you sit on are high quality and have a great look and feel to them. Initially the pressure on the feet was a little painful but I took care of that problem with a pair of socks. Now the foot massage is one of my favorite things about the chair. I easily fall asleep in this massage chair after 15 or 20 minutes. The Nokori M980 was a great investment.

My experience in deciding and finally purchasing the Kyota Kaizen M680 4D was very pleasant. Ryan McKallagat is one of the best sales reps I have ever dealt with in my purchasing experience. He never pressure sold and his answers to my questions were very informative and useful. He explained what the white glove delivery entails and I’m looking forward to a smooth arrival of the chair. The last massage chair I bought was through Costco and the support was non-existent. It is my hope that this purchase from MassageChairStore will be better.
